Hi! I'm Shmieka, KPI's Family Home Provider Coordinator! Shmieka has worked as a DSP, CA, PCC and a family home provider (FHP) for over 8 years. She currently oversees the FHPs who support our individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She recruits and provides services for participants that require placement. Her role has been extremely rewarding and emotional. She enjoys having the opportunity to assist our individuals and to become a part of their great community.
